India’s charismatic captain, Suryakumar Yadav, set the internet ablaze with SKY memes following his spectacular T20I century against South Africa, leveling with Rohit Sharma in a record-breaking performance that sparked a Twitter meme fest.

Facing a 1-0 deficit in the three-game series, the Men in Blue needed a victory in the final fixture at the Wanderers Stadium. Suryakumar Yadav led from the front, delivering a blistering 55-ball hundred, marking his fourth in T20Is.

Initially, the India skipper faced challenges, but once he found his rhythm, there was no stopping him. Yadav dismantled the South African bowlers, smashing eight sixes and seven fours during his century in Johannesburg.

This fourth T20I ton puts him on par with Rohit Sharma and Glenn Maxwell, both of whom share the same number of centuries as Yadav. Notably, Suryakumar Yadav achieved this feat at a remarkable pace, becoming the fastest to reach four tons in T20Is. It took him 57 innings, surpassing Rohit Sharma (79 innings) and Glenn Maxwell (92 innings).

Yadav’s explosive knock guided India to a formidable 201/7 before Kuldeep Yadav sealed the deal with a stunning 5/17 performance.

Celebrating his birthday, Kuldeep Yadav’s stellar bowling performance secured a dominant 106-run triumph for India, concluding the series at 1-1.

However, it was Suryakumar Yadav who stole the spotlight with his power-packed performance against South Africa.
